Paul Gheorghe is an Elite International Judge with Hip Hop International, a choreographer, and a dance educator with over a decade of active experience at the highest level of international competition. Founder of Trouble Academy and Trouble Dance Company, Paul is a recognized authority in professional judging and in developing the next generation of dancers and judges.

Licensed as a Hip Hop International Elite Judge in 2014, Paul completed official international judge training in:

- Las Vegas, USA, Elite Judge, World Hip Hop Dance Championship (August 2014)
International Experience: Judge & Head Judge
Paul Gheorghe has judged and led judging panels in numerous countries and major competitions, including:
USA: Phoenix (Official Judge), San Diego (Shadow Judge), Switzerland, Denmark, Mexico, Ireland, Spain (Head Judge), Greece (Head Judge), the Netherlands (Head Judge), Italy (Head Judge), and the Philippines.
As Head Judge, his direct responsibilities have included:
- coordinating the judging panel
- interpreting and applying international rules and regulations
- ensuring a fair, consistent, and credible judging standard
- adapting decisions to different cultural and competitive contexts
Coach & Performance Educator
In addition to his international judging activity, Paul Gheorghe is a Breaking and Street Dance (Hip Hop) coach, playing an essential role in the development of competitive athletes and dancers.
- Coach of the Romanian National Breaking Team, Paris 2024 Olympic Games qualification campaign
- Head Coach at Trouble Academy, specializing in the development of national- and international-level dancers
This dual perspective, international judge + active coach gives him a complete understanding of dance, both from the training floor and from the decision-making position of a judge.
Choreography & Music Industry
Paul Gheorghe also has extensive experience in the music industry, working as a choreographer for some of Romania’s leading artists, including: Andreea Bălan, Anda Adam, Alb Negru, Cristina Rus, Cristina Spătar.
In 2009, he was part of the team that won Romania’s Eurovision National Selection alongside Elena Gheorghe, an experience that further strengthened his understanding of show production, stage performance, and the real demands of the entertainment industry.
